So here are the pretty little set of rules that you must follow. If you happen to commit an offense, you’ll be given a warning. Three warnings and you are as good as gone. You’ll be banned. And don’t think we wont know if you try to join again, we’ll know. So please just follow the rules, and everyone will be happy.
Keep in mind that there are certain offenses that may not be listed and that these rules are subject to change. Any changes will be effective immediately. It is your responsibility to check them regularly.
If you do not understand something or you’re unsure of a certain rule, then please post in the ‘Help’ section, after scanning through all of our rule listings.
1. One account per person. That’s it. We can tell. So just don’t.
2. Do not claim anyone else’s pet(s) as your own. It is considered theft, and is considered a very high offense.
3. Corresponding with the previous rule, theft or plagiarism of anything is forbidden. Including but not limited to: Art, stories, characters and so forth.
4. We do not condone the use of chatspeak. It’s hard for most to understand, so please do not use it. However, smilies are more then welcome! =D
5.Do not spam. This means posting few words that are not relavent to the topic, posting too many times in a row, posting OOC in roleplaying repetitively instead of really roleplaying or the likes.
6.The harassing and/or flaming of another is not permitted. This can mean from directly putting someone down for petty reasons all the way to constantly bothering someone when they’ve asked you to stop. If this happens, report this to either of the admins. We can also help you settle any disputes.
7.You are not allowed to control another person’s character. Whether it comes to a fight, a death, just in general or anything else, it’s not allowed. However, if the person who owns the character clearly permits it before hand, then it will be allowed.
8.Follow the leader’s example. When it comes to roleplay, follow along with how the creator of the thread roleplays. Such as the ability rules and the like.
9.You can only roleplay pets from Ladelle in the main areas. If you want to roleplay pets from any other site or whatever, really, then take it to our ’Other Roleplays’ section.
10.When posting in a roleplay, you must have at least three sentences. This is to maintain the quality of our roleplays. And, of course, more is encouraged. *wink wink*
11. Speaking of posting, you must either have five roleplay replies for your characters or have waited five days and not receive any replies from anyone else before creating and/or joining another roleplay.
12. When it comes to matters of roleplaying a single character in multiple places, is allowed. But to some extent. A character may only be in one roleplay in the main lands, and are also able to be in a single roleplay on each of the islands at a time. So long as the previous rule is followed.
13. Keep roleplays to a general PG-13 rating. Don’t go too far into sexual matters. Kissing and cuddling is fine, but you should know where the limit is crossed. This also stands for cussing. In some rare cases, where it’s extremely appropriate, then it’s okay but don’t over do it. When it comes to gore, just don’t go into too much detail. Everyone should know where all these lines are crossed at.
