Arillia the Island City

Arillia, a man-made city of advanced machinery, is quite beautiful at first appearance. It's shimmering silver plated front buildings are like treasure to the eyes. But as one enters it's inner harbor and begins to explore, they realize what a rat hole it truly is. Scam artists can be found at every turn. To accept a 'free gift' from anyone would be like accepting your own demise. Very few people know the meaning of a shower (the few poor ones that do but can't afford one take dips in the harbor when they can) and the richer ones who do bathe regularly tend to be the stingy bastardly sort that are just as down and dirty as any other grimy scammer.
The only thing that anyone looks forward to there is the chance of getting money, or their hands on a Mech Yumi.
