"So dad's gonna be here?" "Yes. Now stop. Being. So. Anxious!" Wynd rubbed her face. She was weary, for after two long weeks she'd found Rotcholm. And she was furious. Her anger and joy and sadness all came out, and in turn wore her out. But Scooter, as most have grown to call him, was as happy as ever. He'd only seen his dad once, as a pup, and didn't remember him all that well. Wynd said that he would love him, but Scooter wasn't so sure. Wynd always went on about him, always playing with the stone around her neck. Saying he was charming and firm, not loud and obnoxious, like he is. So he figured they wouldn't have much in common. But that didn't stop him from being excited. He was his dad, he owed him some love. And he wanted to see how his brother and sister turned out. They soon came across the cafe they were supposed to meet at, and sat down.

Tank and Lands Moarwhen "Ah, Moarwhen!" Tank cried after his daughter a little lamely. He and Lands walked calmly to the cafe while Tanks daughter, Lands sister bounced on ahead. he couldn't blame her for being excited but they really should keep together. "I wonder... what she looks like," Lands said softly to himself as he thought allow. Whether he'd noticed or not he'd fluttered his wings at that. He'd gotten his wings from his mother. he couldn't use them though, as they were much to small. A genetic mutation of some sort. Useless wings, he'd always found them a little odd.
Tank smiled at his son who smiled back, both of them thinking. Tank wondered how Wynd was doing and how his other son was doing aswell. He hadn't heard much from either of them for some time. It was good that they were meeting up, and the kids could get to know one-another.
Moarwhen came to a dramatic stop infront of the cafe, kicking up a bit of dirt and plant bits. The cafe had a strange and exotic looking front, vines hanging all down the front. A thick ammount were pulled back to show the interior of the cafe. The door was a bunch of vines? Weird. Moarwhen stepped in, far ahead of her brother and dad looking around. The cafe wasn't crowded nor was it really close to empty. There was maybe twenty people inside so which ones...?
It didn't take long for her to figure it out though as her eyes fell upon a lollia with her same marking. The white swirls, though the others were larger. With her was a boy who looked kinda' like Tank, and had the exact same green striped markings. The lollia trotted over and pulled up a chair, sitting down at the table. She put her elbows on the table, hands holding her head up, "Hey mom, brotha'. It's Moarwhen,"

Wynd looked at her in surprise. "Moarwhen!" she said loudly, smiling. "I love that name." She gave her daughter a small hug. "Where's your father? And your brother?" she asked. Rotcholm didn't even notice her questions when he said, "Hey, I'm Scooter." he smiled too. He looked Moarwhen up and down. Her markings were similar to Wynd's, so you could definatley tell they were related. But then he was starting to wonder the same thing his mom was. Where was his father? Had he decided not to come? Rotcholm looked crestfallen for a second, but then brightened up. There was no need to be so down, he could get to know his sister. She could tell him more about Tank, his brother, and herself, of course. And what it was like to live with a God. He'd always wanted to meet a God. He wondered what it was like to live with Aranami, the testy water God. He'd heard that she might've already found a mate. He wondered who had won over the God's heart. Poor guy, must've taken a lot of guts.

"No need to worry," Moarwhen said returning the hug, "They're just being slow. They should be here soon... Unless of course they slow down anyfurther, then they might start going backwards," Moarwhen laughed. She looked at Scooter and Wynd. "..Weird how all the blue lollies ended up in one home and the green ones in the other. Do you have a problem with green, mom?" Moarwhen asked teasingly, "It's so great to see you guys though. I just couldn't wait to see my brother. Pound it!" she said, putting her fist out to her 'long-lost' brother for him to punch back.
Meanwhile Tank and Lands had made it to the cafe. Lands looking around eagerly for his mother, brother and Moarwhen. Both Lands and his father perked up almost at the exact same time, looking a lot like the other. "Wynd! It's been a long time! Too long," Tank said, smiling happily and going over, giving her a big hug. He looked over her shoulder at his other son and smiled.
Lands sat down next to his sister and smiled at both of them, taking the two in. His brother had wings just like his. And, from what he could tell, a tail like his sisters. "Ah, I'm Lands..."

Wynd looked a bit flustered at Moarwhen's joke. "No! No," she said, laughing when Moarwhen said she was joking. Rotcholm laughed too. He then punched Moarwhen's outstretched fist, smiling. Now this was his kind of sister! Suddenly another voice broke in, and Scooter finally saw his dad and brother. Seeing how alike they were, he smiled. Maybe he would be like his dad, too. "Tank..." his mother said, giving him a small squeeze. "I'm glad to see you too. And our little pups aren't pups anymore!" She let go of Tank, giving Lands a good look. "Well, Lands. I'm glad to finally meet you again." she said, looking into his blue eyes. She had always loved his blue eyes. She gave him a small hug too. "And Tank, this is your son, Rotcholm." she said, putting a paw behind her son and giving him a little shove towards his father. "Mom..." he growled, then said, "I like to be called Scooter," he said, then muttered quietly so no one would hear, "and HATE to be called Rotcholm." "Glad to finally meet you." he said to Tank, returning the earlier smile.

Moarwhen loved her new brother Scooter aswell. they'd have to hang out more, be best buddies. She could see it now. "This is so awesome. I was worried you'd be a total dork," she teased, punching his arm.
Tank smiled at his son. He'd always had an ache in his heart, missing his other son, "Scooter it is then. I'm so happy to see you, son. It's been so long," he said, giving him a hug aswell. He wouldn't show how much he'd missed Scooter on the outside other than the hug. It wasn't in his character.
Lands hugged his mother, tail wagging excitedly. He didn't know what to say to his mother but he was happy to see her. "Yes," Tank said, "Not little pups anymore. They're all grown up now,"

Wynd nodded, and suddenly their waitress showed up. She was a white lollia, with a small black apron and orange tipped paws. "Welcome to the Rojo Cafe. I'll be your server for today. What would y'all like ta drink?" she said with a slight western accent, handing out menus. "Coffee!" Rotcholm said loudly. "Rotcholm! No, he won't have coffee, he'll just have a water." his mother said sternly, giving him the be-polite-or-you-will-never-see-the-outside-world-as-long-as-you-live look. "And I'll have some green tea." Scooter scowled.

Tank blinked a little surprised at the mini fight. Why couldn't Rotcholm have coffee? It seemed that the two didn't always get along so well. "I'll have a glass of water for myself," Tank added, trying to figure out a way to solve this problem.
"Two coffees for me," Moarwhen added keeping a straight face, "with cream and sugar on the side, if you please," she smiled only the tiniest hint of a sly plan showing in her smile.
Lands looked at Moarwhen, a brow raised before returning his attention to the waitress, "I'll have a mint tea with five sugars, if it's not to much trouble,"
"No trouble, cutie," the lollia giggled, taking note on her note pad, "Is that all?" "Ah..." Tank frowned at Moarwhen, "Do you really need-?" His daughter nodded, "Yes please, I really would like to. I'll pay for the second,"
Tank sighed, "You're a little caffeine addict," but he smiled, "I would like you to cut back on that stuff," Tank smiled up at the waitress, looking a little tired, "Yes I think that orders correct," With that the waitress gave a quick nod and walked off to full their order.

Wynd looked at Moarwhen, then Tank. Two coffees? she thought, a bit surprised. "That's a LOT of caffeine, dear. You sure you wanted two?" she said quietly. Rotcholm sighed. His mom was oblivious to Moarwhen's plan. Even he'd figured it out, and his mom was smarter than him. He looked at Moarwhen and smiled. This was about to get interesting.
Wynd looked at Tank. "So, Tank, how've you been?" she asked politely.

Moarwhen smiled, "Yah I'm sure," she said to her mother before turning to Scooter, "So how's it been for you, Scooter? What do you like to do and stuff? We should hang out," she added to the end, laughing a little. Lots and lots of questions, but it seemed only right. She was only just meeting him and she really didn't know much about him.
Lands seemed a little withdrawn and nervous. Tank already knew mom and Moarwhen was getting along with Scooter well. It seemed like they'd known each other forever. Lands felt a little left out and different compared to the rest of the family. It would have been different if they'd grown up together.
Thankfully for Lands, Moarwhen was watching out for him, "We could go to the arcade or something some time. You should see Lands on DDR, he's a dancing machine! I can never find the back button, I get all misplaced," she laughed. Lands scooted a little closer to his siblings, "Moarwhen excels at shooter games,"
Tank smiled to Wynd, "I'm doing fine. Watching the kids grow up, they grow up so fast. How have you and Rotch-Scooter been?"

Scooter smiled. His sister was so cool! And lucky. She and his brother got the laid back parent. "Oh, I've been good. I like to do stuff that other people are scared to do, and take dares. They're always too easy though." he bragged. He was a bit of a daredevil, but usually he didn't get to do most of them because Wynd was always there to stop him from doing something really dangerous. "And we should hang out." Then he heard her arcade offer. Oooh, I'd be happy to go with you, especially since I love to play SkiBall. Can I go, mom?" he asked, turning to his mother. Wynd smiled. "Sure, but after all of you have eaten. You don't need to get filled up on candy at the arcade." Rotcholm punched the air and let out a "Yes!". Wynd gave him the be-quiet-look.
Wynd then turned her attention to Tank. "Oh, we've been fine. He's a little daredevil, you'd think that he would be afraid of something. But even though he's very adventurous, he has those calm moments that remind me of you, Tank." she said, smiling at him.

Moarwhen giggled at Scooter and his excitement. Wow, did Wynd ever let him have fun? Maybe they could bring him back home, to live with Moofius and Karnel and the rest of the gang. Karnel was her idol, she really liked him and she was sure Scooter would like him aswell. And Raphael! Man they should all go and hang out together.
Just then the waitress arrived with the drinks they'd all ordered. She set one water down for Rotcholm, one for Tank. Wynd recieved her tea with only a quick question 'did you want the mint or green?'. Easily sorted as Lands was given his very sugary mint tea.
"here you go hun'," the lollia waitress said, setting the coffees down infront of Moarwhen along with a few packets of sugar and cream, "Thanks so much," Moarwhen smiled, passing one cup of coffee to her other brother.
"Yes, thank you," Lands said, not sure this would end well as he watched the drink exchange between Moarwhen and Scooter. Tank was half-way through his own thank you when he noticed what was going on. "Ah, Moarwhen," he said, his tone becoming angry. "I really don't think it's fair that he can't have coffee. I mean we're all meeting for the first time and he should be cut some slack," So Moarwhen was indeed a rebellious teen, atleast to some extent.

Wynd tried to be cool. She tried to be the laid-back mom. But caffeine was where she drew the line with Rotcholm. "There's a reason I don't give him caffeine, Moarwhen. He's a daredevil, and when he has caffeine, he gets really wild, and it's not fun."
Rotcholm huffed. So close. "But I don't get that-" "Rotcholm. You know you do, and I just can't deal with that right now." she said, her paw reaching for the stone Tank had given her. She rubbed it, and it helped. It had been helping her a lot while Rotcholm grew, and helped her with her tough times with Kairi. They were getting worse too. She was supposed to be going on some exploration with her today, but Kairi had suddenly told her that she couldn't go. It'd hurt really bad, and Wynd had almost decided to cancel. But she'd wanted to see Tank and her children too much. To deal with an over-excited Rotcholm would be the least of her problems, but it would still add to them.

"Aw, come on!" Moarwhen whined to her dad, "I mean we're gonna' need energy for DDR and when we're shooting zombies! bang, bang! Lots of energy. Lazer tag too!" Moarwhen said, making it look like she was shooting Scooter with her fingers for the 'bang bang'.
"Moarwhen. If your mother doesn't want Scooter to have coffee, then he won't get coffee and that's final," He said sternly and... maybe a little cold? he was mad. Moarwhen knew when to back down, and that time had arrived. Her green ears went back and she sipped at her coffee moodily. Tank sighed, hating when he got like that. Why was she so stubborn?
Lands smiled carefully all around the table, "Please, lets not be angry at one another. This is suppose to be a happy day," "You're right, Lands," Tank said quietly, "I'm sorry," "No I was being stubborn," the green lollia sighed, "I'm sorry too,"

Wynd smiled, but on the inside she kicked herself. You're being so mean around your kids, what will they think of you in the long run? she thought to herself. She looked at Rotcholm, who had his arms folded and was looking down at the floor, then at Moarwhen with her ears back, then at Tank and Lands. Oh, why did everything have to be so hard?
"Well... I suppose, just this once... but only a little." she said. Rotcholm perked up, grabbing the cup quickly. He was about to tip the whole thing into his open maw, but Wynd quickly snagged the cup. Pouring out most of it into an empty glass, she left about three sips' worth of coffee in it. Rotcholm looked at it and frowned. "It's better than nothing," his mother told him. He smiled at that, then took a small sip. He tried not to cough it back up, smiling at Moarwhen as he swallowed the bitter drink down. Wynd could tell that he'd expected something sweeter. She handed him the creamer and sugar, and he took them quickly, dumping both into the small amount of coffee.
