You had just recently left a town in search of another following the direction that the residents of that previous town pointed you in. You stumbled along the uneven rocky path shadowed by thick trees that curved over your head, set out before you in hopes of it smoothing out further along.
Hiking along in such awkward ways you happen upon a trial that veers from the original. You hesitate before its presence, curiously gazing down its leveled path. You turn back to the one you’re on and then back to the other, trying to decide upon which one you should take. Finally you decide to take the newly appeared path because of the easier way.
So you continue your journey treading down its packed dirt turning with its curves and stepping a bit careful every time it got steeper. After awhile of hiking you start to worry if you'll ever reach the town than further ahead you notice the trail open wider and soon an opening filled with light. You dash ahead in the excitement but only to come upon no town but an endless field of grass, a meadow perchance? Then you notice far ahead was house smack dab in the middle of nowhere. Why was there a house out here so deep? You move along towards the place shortly realizing that it wasn't quite the small house you thought it was but instead, a quite larger cabin-like home. You still proceed vigilantly towards the dark wooded door.
You go deep into your thoughts as you slowly approach it: Was there anyone even here? How do I know they won’t chop me up and serve me for dinner? Do I even really want to know who they are? Why would they live here? Questions ran through your mind and preoccupied yourself that you didn’t even notice a Nocen quietly watching you with amusement.
“What do we have here?” The Nocen question mockingly. “A lost person or perhaps they’re here for a reason?” You jump at the voice and turn sharply to your right finally realizing another’s presence. Before you stood a lean well-groomed Ivy Nocen, a crooked smile plastered on a curious glint in his russet orbs.
Name: Eson (Ss-on)
Gender: Male
Species: Ivy Nocen
Intelligence: low
Annoyance: high
Personality/Info: Eson grew up abandoned from what little family he only had to begin with around a young age (4-6 maybe). Not knowing much about whom he is or where he came from he tends to question his own existence yet for an odd reason he does not wish to answer those particular questions. Instead he tends to seek out a place that will greatly amuse him and so he is mostly found traveling from place to place only staying long enough to get his “kicks” out of the residents and to restock on supplies.
Eson is one for entertainment. Since he gets easily bored he never stops trying to occupy himself; whether it’s causing havoc in one’s personal life or just plain causing havoc. Sometimes if even necessary he’ll even cause havoc in his own life! Creatures/others who know this fact about himself believe he may be a little off in the head. Because of these facts Eson tends to get into a lot of trouble. Thus, causing everyone to believe he has little intelligence. He probably fell off of trees thinking he could climb since nobody was there to tell him he couldn’t. :/
Unlike other Nocens he doesn’t practically have “great” aim nor usually uses tools. (By the way I love Moofius for designing these fellas’!! <333) He does eat quite a lot but, really who doesn’t? And food sometimes is his reason for getting in trouble. Though normal Nocen’s tend to keep to them, he does too, and sometimes stay away from other people, he does not. He can’t get enough of interaction whether (boy I use whether a lot…) it’s only watching/studying/playing/or messing with them, he just can’t get enough (addicted much?).
You stumble over your words as you try to explain. In the end the Nocen ends up laughing.
“A bit of both.” He laughs. “Well, I suppose if you’re that curious,” He continued whilst examining you, “I could show you around—”
“Eson!!” Another voice growled with silent ferocity cutting of the Ivy Nocen.
Continued later…
